At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building or facilities maintenance, with proven leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
Must be a TESDA-certified Electrical Maintenance NC II holder or a Registered Master Electrician.
With basic knowledge and certification in Air Conditioning Maintenance (NC II).
Strong understanding of electrical systems, building safety protocols, and preventive maintenance procedures.
Ability to lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate daily tasks efficiently.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Willing to be assigned on-site and available for emergency repairs or technical concerns as needed.
