Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects in the Land Development Project from inception to completion.
- Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Define tasks and required resources
- Manage project team
- Allocate project resources
- Create project schedule and timeline
- Manage project documentation and records
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise
- Report on the project status
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Land Development Projects
- Proven track record in handling large-scale land development projects
- Excellent in building rapport and creating a team environment where all can work well together
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledgeable in Project Management Software and tools (e.g. Primavera, MS Project, etc.)
