PROJECT CONCEPTUALIZATION AND DESIGN PHASE
- Assist Project Dev. Head for creation of Project Business Plan/ Concept for the particular project.
- Coordinates during project conceptualization together with other stakeholders & ensures project concept is within the approved paramaters.
- Prepares and Assist Dev. Head of the planning schedule and that planning is within the agreed timeline.
- Initiates and coordinates project kick-off meetings and parodic project meetings with project team for monitoring progress.
PROJECT LAUNCHING AND IMPLEMENTATION
- Assist Project Dev. Head in ensuring that launching plans are executed well.
- Monitors revenue take-up as well as construction progress.
- Coordinates with various departments to ensure efficient project implementation.
- Conducts periodic project meetings with project team members.
- Prepares updated pricing terms/ escalation for implementation.
- Ensures project compliance with all legal and government regulatory requirements.
- Ensures the execution of the project’s vision and story until completion and hand over.
PROJECT CLOSE-OUT
- Ensure project completion is within the agreed schedule and approved cost.
- Ensures quality is at par to standards.
- Ensures customers satisfaction by resolving/ escalating client related issues.
- Assist Project Dev. Head during project close-out.
