A. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
Supporting business development activities such as but not limited to financial runs during land acquisition phase.
B. PROJECT CONCEPTUALIZATION AND DESIGN PHASE
Leads project conceptualization and design together with other stakeholders and ensures project concept is within the approved (4F's) parameters.
C. FEASIBILITY STUDY AND FINANCIAL RUN
Prepare financial run.
Generate project budget.
Determine pricing scheme in coordination with the sales and marketing team.
Develop project schedule and timeline.
Ensures that the planning stage is within the set time frame prior to project launching.
Initiates project planning kick off meeting with the identified team (BD Permit, ECM, Sales & Marketing)
During planning stage, identifies risk and creates mitigation strategies.
D. PROJECT PLANNING TURNOVER TO PROJECT OPERATION
Ensure that the approved project concept, financial static, project budget, project schedule, pricing scheme, pre-launching permit update are properly endorsed to project operation.
E. OTHER FUNCTIONS
Perform other related duties such as offering solutions to project issues and give direction to overall project planning performance.
Performs other tasks that maybe assigned by the superior.
F. In the performance of his/her duties and responsibilities, the incumbent is expected to demonstrate honesty and operate at a high-ethical standard in all business and personal dealings with others. Perform full disclosure of any potential conflict of interest that may arise and appropriately report any irregularities observed in the course of performing his/her functions.
