Elevate 2026 kicked off last Monday, March 23, with messages built on three pillars: Strategy, Strength, and Stability. For the past four years, Elevate has been an established annual function at King Properties—a time and space to look back on how far we have come, and to look forward to the ways we have to go.
The challenges persist, and so must we. Kenneth Raymund King, Managing Director, lifted everyone’s spirits by shining the light at the end of the tunnel, emphasizing the timeliness of this year’s theme amid present socioeconomic challenges. Echoing Sun Tzu’s words, he advised keeping open hearts, strong minds, and shared commitments through chaos so that one may seize opportunities.
Nathan Ray Gamban, Strategic Consultant, then shared similar sentiments and some of the opportunities he saw: integration of emerging technologies, sustainability and green energy, economic rebound and digitalization, and strategic adaptability.
The President of King Properties, Jason King, declared the coming year’s bold yet achievable goals, stirring anticipation among the crowd. Said goals are in reach when the vision—to be the preferred brand among customers—is in sight. To do so, everyone at King Properties must continue showing competence, concern, and consistency—ultimately building trust among our clientele.
Under the guidance of Lilibeth Peralta, Chief Finance Officer, we also delved into specific criteria for this year’s revenue momentum—underpinned by a synthesis of financial, customer, process, and people-oriented perspectives.
Jun Oliver Cervantes, Finance Controller, eagerly outlined King Properties’ current sustainability efforts and achievements, including the integration of a renewable energy source at Danarra North and South and The Highline’s 4-star BERDE-certified status. He also notably emphasized how long-term goals can be supported by not only establishing a system, but also a daily commitment to it.
Lilane Malagusan, HR Manager, stressed that through our creativity, capabilities, and collaboration, we collectively shape organizational behavior and get to build a strong, stable, and sustainable King Properties together. Ultimately, cultivating these mindsets is the key to surviving—and even thriving—through present unrest and uncertainty.
Mary Heidi Odchigue, AVP for Project Development, furthered the previous sentiments on collective effort by emphasizing that service is everyone’s responsibility. She shared that to drive the success of King Properties, its people must be proactive and solution-oriented, among other vital traits. With excellent service, a stronger organization is not just envisioned but guaranteed.
Helena King, Managing Director, closed the program by passing the baton to everyone in the room, encouraging that we carry the words spoken in this room with us as we move forward with the commitment to putting in the work.
With strategy, strength, and stability as our foundation, we at King Properties are sure to elevate real estate to new heights in 2026. Everyone surely left the room eager to show the world what it means to be the preferred brand.
