Job Description / Job Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinating and implementing human resource policies and programs
Overseeing HR Operations from onboarding, benefits administration, employee activities, training processes and employee exit.
Working closely with managers on performance reviews, personnel issues and resolving conflicts.
 
Job Requirements:
 
Preferably a college graduate, Human Resources or Behavioural course graduate would be an advantage.
Preferably with minimum 3 years’ experience overseeing HR functions
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
Good background in labour laws and industrial relations.
Familiar with government benefits and its administration.
Strong moral and ethical record.
Competency in Microsoft office, business management, and presentation tools.
Good interpersonal skills for a people-facing job.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
