DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
ECONOMIC & BUSINESS RESERACH
Conduct Economic & Business Research in support of the long-term business plans & strategic direction of the company.
Assess & validate marketing data to ensure alignment
Appraised the management of the changing business conditions, restrictions, regulations & new opportunities.
BUISNESS INVESTMENT & FINANCIAL PLANNING
Participate in business investment planning and make business investment recommendations
Participate in project development planning & critical prioritization of projects to ensure alignment & project success parameters are attained.
Participate in financial planning & present investment strategies.
Provide investment advisory services from time-to-time
NEGOTIATION SUPPORT
Support business negotiation event to ensure business transactional objectives are met
Identify tailored-fit strategies and action plan to be used to ensure effective negotiation
Work on realistic proposals and ensure to avoid conflict
BUSINESS RISK ASSESSMENT
Perform Risks Evaluation to identify risks and find ways to eliminate and mitigate them
Prepare recommendation and necessary control measure to management to ensure business development initiatives and plans are not compromised.
DEVELOP NEW BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS & MANAGE EVENTS/DEVELOP & MANAGE BUSINESS
PROPOSALS & CORRESPONDENCE
Lead the efforts in ensuring successful development of new business relationships, and is responsible in the preservation of these relationships while protecting the company’s interest, image and reputation from negative publicity or perception.
Lead the CFT and effectively coordinate with the support teams in planning & managing of events, business proposals and correspondences related to the attainment of the common objectives of these new business relationships.
PROPERTY SEARCH, QUALIFICATION & ACQUISITION
Responsible for establishing and implementing an effective process on land property acquisition
Responsible for searching, receiving land property listings, investment opportunities & proposals.
Performs evaluation, make recommendations in compliance to the established process
Lead & manage the CFT in the conduct of property search, screening and qualification process.
Responsible in ensure such process is implemented fairly, consistently, efficiently and ethically.
Responsible in the conduct of technical & legal due diligence and may avail of 3rd party services as necessary to expedite the process.
Responsible in the preparation of summary report, recommendation, securing approval from management, conduct of preliminary negotiation with stakeholders, closing out the business transaction upon the direction and approval of top management.
Responsible for the preparation, submission, sign-off, approval, notarization, distribution, preservation, archiving of these documents.
