Business Development Officer

Job Responsibilities:
- Performs and conduct initial evaluation on the prospective raw land property for acquisition & purchase.
- Monitor and update all prospective raw land property listing.
- Interact with broker network as required.
- Helps develop and improve innovative solutions and procedures for land acquisition and other business development tasks.
Job Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of BS Architecture or Real Estate Management/Business Administration or any related field.
- Preferably with work experience on real estate industry (particularly in Business Development, Project Development or Land Acquisition works).
- Knowledgeable on basic MS Office.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Can do market research and feasibility study.
