Senior Value Analysis and Value Engineering

Senior Value Analysis & Value Engineering Specialist is responsible for identifying opportunities to optimize cost efficiency and enhance product value without compromising quality.
Job responsibilities include:
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased value in construction
- Collaborate with engineering team to gather insights on existing products and processes
- Develop innovative solutions and design modifications to enhance product functionality, reduce costs, and improve manufacturability
- Create detailed reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and cost-saving opportunities to stakeholders
- Interact with contractors and suppliers as required
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in QS and Value Engineering Services
- Has experience in both office and site
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledgeable in estimating, and drafting software (e.g. Plantswift, AutoCard, Sketch-up, etc.)
