Job Description / Job Qualifications:
Job responsibilities:
- Performs daily inspection and report status of building equipment and machineries thru the established maintenance checklist (FDAS, jockey pumps, & STP, Gen set).
- Performing quality checks on Gen set, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems.
- Checking and responding to security and safety issues.
- Coordinating with tenants for maintenance related issues and complaints.
- Keeping documents of inspections and problems.
- Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies.
Job Qualifications:
- A graduate at least 3 years technical course (Electrical technology, Plumbing, AC/HVAC).
- Construction skills such as carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, roofing and welding.
- Physical strength and dexterity to lift, move and handle equipment.
- Stamina to deal with long hours standing or walking.
