Real Estate Financial Planner & Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the development and implementation of the company's real estate financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Lead the Finance and Accounting team in conducting variance analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to assess financial risks and opportunities. Collaborate with business units to ensure financial plans align with strategic objectives.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA is a plus) Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in corporate finance or financial planning with a focus on real estate Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience in building and implementing financial systems (SAP preferred) Understanding of real estate industry trends and dynamics
